Semi-Private Class Series
Are you interested in learning how to take your yoga practice to the next level? "Next level" yoga practice simply means taking your practice from just a physical experience to creating a moving and breathing meditation experience.
This class series is limited to a small group of students to ensure each student receives personalized attention to their practice. We'll focus on breath with movement connection, explore the implementation of bandhas and drishti, and work towards creating a meditative experience during our yoga asana practice.
This series is most appropriate for students who have taken approximately 50+ yoga classes. Playful and open-minded approach to the yoga practice required :) Not sure if this series is right for you? Please contact Julia with your questions or concerns.
