Yoga, in the most simplest form, is defined as breath with movement. Establishing this basic principle of breath and movement is done best during the early stages of our practice, in movements like our sun salutations. Although most teachers refer to these movements as basic, they remain a mystery to most of us!
In this three-hour workshop, you will learn the basics of how to refine "simple" poses like chaturanga dandasana and discover new ways to strengthen sun salutation movements, as well as warrior poses. Julia will teach you the secrets to the basic parts of your practice so you can practice stronger, more mindfully, and more efficiently. Even the most advanced practitioner could learn something new in this informative workshop.
This workshop is intended for practitioners who have taken at least 25 vinyasa classes.
