Private Yoga Sessions
One-on-one training is the most effective way to deepen and personalize your practice, and is great for practitioners of all levels. Julia will give you her undivided attention, work with you to create a custom yoga practice that meets you where you are, help you to meet your goals, and will address your individual concerns. You can learn the basics of yoga asana, deepen your understanding of of the practice, or work to address a specific issue or injury.
Julia is available for private and semi-private instruction in one-hour or ninety-minute sessions. Props and mats can be provided as needed.
