Private Yoga Sessions
One-on-one training is the most effective way to deepen and personalize your practice, and is great for practitioners of all levels. Julia will give you her undivided attention to work with you to create a custom yoga practice that meets you where you are, to help meet your goals and individual concerns. You can learn the basics of yoga asana, deepen your understanding of advanced postures, or work on a specific issue or injury.
Julia is available for private and semi-private instruction in one-hour or ninety-minute sessions. Private sessions can be held in home or in studio. Props and mats can be provided as needed.
