Mastering the Headstand
If you've ever wanted to learn headstand, this is your opportunity! The headstand is known as the "king of all asanas", as it offers the most benefits of all the postures. It brings healthy, pure blood to brain cells, thus increasing thinking power, mental clarity, and sharpness. The heart and the veins of the legs rest, while the internal organs re-vitalize by being turned upside-down! With personal and focused direction, you will learn to build a strong foundation that will allow you to hold the pose without fear, strain, or pain.
In this workshop, you will master the proper technique of practicing a headstand in various stages. Jumping into a headstand or launching yourself into the wall is definitely not the way to go! Practicing headstand in various stages not only ensures that you will master the technique, but will also prevent any injuries, build self-confidence, and feel a sense of accomplishment.
