Beginning an inversion practice can be equally intimidating and terrifying, but this workshop is designed to safely introduce your body and mind to an inversion practice.
In this workshop, you will master the proper technique of practicing inversions in various stages. Jumping into inversions or launching yourself into the wall is definitely not the way to go! Practicing inversions in various stages not only ensures that you will master the technique, but will also prevent any injuries, build self-confidence, and feel a sense of accomplishment. We'll work in inverted postures such as headstand, forearm stand, and even dabble with handstand.
This workshop is for all levels.
