In this all levels workshop, we will cover the basics of balancing on our hands and finding the strength and flexibility required to create a safe and sustainable arm balancing practice. The primary focus of the workshop will be developing the fundamentals to confidently practice bakasana or crow pose. We'll apply what we learn in bakasana and use similar techniques to find other arm balances, learning to safely enter, exit, and transition from pose to pose.
This workshop is perfect for beginner/intermediate students who want to take their practice to the next level, and also for more advanced students looking to refine their practice, or teachers who want to learn new teaching techniques.
